**Private Groups & Parties**

Private Tours/Birthday Groups/off-site  We offer private tours, birthday parties, school trips, photo shoots, team bonding events, home school trips, xmas photos etc..... Please email us about your event and we will provide you with all the details.  We also travel to schools, libraries, weddings, surprise parties, assistant living homes etc. 

 

Basic Private Tour - $220 min, that would include up to 22 people, 2/under are free and not counted.  Additional people will be an additional $10 each

Private Tour & Gazebo -  A private farm tour followed by using our covered outdoor picnic area for one hour (additional $150). This outdoor area has a couple of beautiful farm picnic tables and rustic benches for everyone to sit, but not formal seating for each person. We will provide ice water (hot weather) and hot water (cool weather) and cups. We will also sanitize the area and provide garbage removal and clean up for you. Seats 40 comfortably, 50 starts to feel crowded and 60 people is max for gazebo.

Wagon ride -  (OPTIONAL ADD ON) offered to private parties only. Our wagon seats 18-20 people at a time, and everyone will get a LEAST one 15 min ride around the farm. Hubby Charges $125 to break out and dust off the wagon! Advance notice is a must.

Camp Fire - we can have a small contained campfire (or 2) near the gazebo for your private party. We charge $25/ fire. It will be set up for you. Advance notice is a must.

Answers to common  questions

There is no age limit ~ YES you NEED a RESERVATION ~You can pet ALL the animals (if you choose) ~  we will provide free treats to feed the alpacas ~ Masks are optional~ NO, the alpacas do not go on the trampoline ~ You may take pictures ~ exact change is much appreciated  ~ close toe shoes are best~  closed if raining ~ we have 1 farm friendly wheelchair, it is a beach buggy style wheelchair ~ walking on some uneven ground is required to walk on tour ~ most larger wheel strollers are ok around farm ~ our guides appreciate tips ~ we do have a BATHROOM & outdoor HAND WASH station ~  the cats are ours, not wild ~ the bunnies and piglets are not for sale at this time~ alpacas don’t bite~  alpacas CAN kick ~ alpacas can spit (although rare at people)~ we are closed most Mondays ~  The gift shop is always open after your tour  ~ there is a county park 1/2 mile west of us called Wells Mills Park with picnic tables & bathrooms~
